About the Role
As a Referrer at Tazkeiah, you will play a vital role in our mission by recommending talented individuals from your network for high-level job openings. You will be a trusted advisor, connecting exceptional people with fulfilling career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong professional network: Cultivate relationships with talented individuals in your field of expertise.
- Stay informed about job openings: Regularly review job postings on the Tazkeiah platform and other relevant channels.
- Identify and recommend qualified candidates: Match talented individuals from your network with job requirements.
- Submit referrals through the Tazkeiah platform: Provide accurate and complete information about referred candidates.
- Follow up on referrals: Track the progress of your referrals and provide support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain confidentiality: Respect the privacy of referred candidates and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Promote Tazkeiah: Spread the word about Tazkeiah and encourage other professionals to join our network.
Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience: 15+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., IT, finance, HR, management, sales).
